1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flixconomy, operated by Flixconomy ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Flixconomy provides an AI companion chat service with personalized interactions. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You may upgrade your plan at any time. Payments are processed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Your continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the AI models

6. Content and AI Interactions

AI-generated responses are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). You use AI-generated content at your own risk.

We may use anonymized conversation data to improve our Service. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Flixconomy. You retain ownership of content you create through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Flixconomy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Aachen, Germany.
